Prior to Check In

You may request a room inspection as we are not required to provide a refund due to a change of mind.

We do not guarantee check in availability before 11am unless you book and pay for the room the night before your arrival date.

Room Allocation

Please note that we may move your booking from the allocated room to another room without prior notice and before your arrival. This may occur if a room with an occupancy of three or four has been booked by a group or individual of only one or two or if there are other extenuating circumstances that make another room better suited for you or another guest.

If you are reassigned to another room upon arrival, please note that a rate reduction will not be available to you as long as another suitable room has been allocated to your booking.
